Custom 3D Printing Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing UrbanLayers! We strive to deliver high-quality and personalized products to meet your needs. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Non-Refundable Custom Prints
Due to the personalized nature of custom 3D printed items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these products once the production process has begun. Each item is made to your specific requirements and therefore cannot be resold.
2. Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and, if deemed appropriate, offer a replacement or a refund. Please provide photos and a detailed description of the defect when contacting us.
3. Cancellations
Orders for custom 3D printed items cannot be canceled once the printing has begun. If you are wanting to change or cancel your order please contact us too check the progress of your order and if printing has begun.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will Confirm if a return is possible/required and if so instructions on how to return your item.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
